PeopleSense by Altius Online Booking Experience:
Your Organisation’s Booking Page is Now Available

In December we shared news about upcoming innovations to the PeopleSense online booking experience. Our apologies if you missed our email — we’ve made it available to read here.

We’re pleased to let you know that we have completed the next stage of our launch and your organisation’s unique booking request page is now available.

Your unique booking request page is customised for your << Test Program Name >> program to show:

  • The user groups your EAP program supports, such as employees, family members, or other groups that you provide support to, and
  • The specific psychology and wellbeing services your program offers, tailored to each user group.

Why is this change important?

Your unique page delivers a better experience for your users by showing only the services each user group is entitled to — a more accurate reflection of your program offering compared to our general booking request page.

And over the next two months, your page will gain capabilities that bring further benefits. In February, the ability for program users to create personal client profiles and from March significant new features providing full online booking for in-person and telehealth appointments, directly with our psychologists.

By moving to this new page now, your program users will benefit from these important changes as they become available.

What is the link for your booking request page?

The unique booking request page for your organisation is:

www.peoplesense.au/[YOUR BOOKING CODE]

This link is unique to your organisation. Carefully note that it refers to a “.au” web address, not a “.com.au” address. Visitors reaching www.peoplesense.au without your link will see our general booking request form. We will always support clients making appointments over the phone with our Reception team.

What actions should you now take?

  • At your earliest convenience: Review your unique booking request page.
    While great care has been taken to create the correct configuration for your program, we want to ensure that it meets your expectations. We invite you to review your page noting your organisation’s name, program name, user groups shown, and available services. Please reply to this email with any questions or change requests.

  • By 31 January: Update EAP booking links on your internal websites and other communication channels.
    We invite you to update internal webpages you host that provide information on your EAP  benefits. You may also wish to create new assets or communications. We’ve created a sample communications plan to help inform your thinking on this.

  • We’ll take care of updating assets we manage. If your organisation uses AltiusLife, we will update the booking button in AltiusLife for you. And if we have created a QR code for your use we will update it to the new page.

What happens next?

We are committed to a smooth transition to our enhanced online system for you and your users. We will share additional details in the coming weeks, continuing in February with the launch of personal client profiles.
