Create an article on AltiusLife?

You can create your own articles on AltiusLife to communicate and promote your wellbeing activities within your organisation.

  1.  Go to the Content Management System (CMS) under your profile.
  2. Click on Articles in the Left menu. 
  3. Click on the ➕ button in the Right corner to add a new article. 
  4. Fill in each section with the * 
  • Title - Name your article
  • Upload an image for the article. Images can also be embedded into the article directly using the Insert Image button on the Content toolbar
  • Select a feature: Support at Company > Tick the boxes relevant to your article
  • Short Text - Write a short description (The short text will be shown as the Example below)

  • Content - Insert the content for the article (see Content Types below)
  • Publish Date - Date the article will be published from

5.  Select your organisation as the Author (If you have not created your organisation as an Author, click here to see how) . 

6.  Check what the article looks like by using the Preview button. 

7.  Once you click Save it will be published onto your AltiusLife on the specified publish date. 

Content Types

The article body supports several content types which give you significant flexibility on the ways you can communicate with your users:

Videos

Videos can be easily added to an article by embedding them into your page from YouTube. Users will see the video ready to play within the article. This is particularly useful for sharing recordings of webinars.

  1. In YouTube while on a video's page, click the button
  2. In the share panel, click the Embed option 
  3. On the Embed Video panel, click COPY in the lower right
  4. In the article editor in AltiusLife, locate the Content area, move to the position in the article you want to embed your video and and choose the video option in the content toolbar  
  5. Choose the Embed Code option
  6. Paste in the YouTube Embed code you copied from YouTube (right click and choose Paste):
  7. Click  
  8. Your video will appear in the page
