In February we are launching the ability for new and existing clients to create a personal profile as part of their booking process. This FAQ outlines how this experience will work.
When we launch personal profiles, employees will be required to complete what we call the demographic data that we use to populate your EAP reports (fields like salary grade, length of service, department, and marital status).
All clients – employees and family - will complete what we’re calling a clinical profile that is private to their file with us and contains personal details such as contact and emergency information.
Client’s access to this version of the system will be secured with their mobile number. We will explore whether it makes sense to offer email login too in a later release.
