When we launch organisation-specific landing pages in January, we will update links in AltiusLife, and from QR codes. This article summarises these changes.
Background
With the launch of organisation-specific booking pages in January, we will update the destination of this button so that users arrive at a page customised to your program. The page will show:

- Your organisation's name
- The program name your organisation uses. This is typically “EAP”, but some organisations have different names for the program. The correct name will be displayed.
- The specific services you offer, including Psychology appointments, and Manager Assist appointments.
This page then becomes the destination for future features adding:

- In February, the ability for EAP users to create a personal client profile, allowing your users to onboard themselves into the program quickly and accurately.
- In March, the ability to book selected EAP services online, directly with our Psychologists, allowing program users to create and manage appointments.
AltiusLife
AltiusLife currently provides users with direct access to the general booking form via the EAP module available on the top right of the home screen and most pages. This module can be customised for each organisation including the program name, image and "call to action" label:
The module links to a page in AltiusLife that that can also be customised to suit the specific program needs of an organisation. At the top of this module is a button that opens the booking form:
In January we will update the destination for this button to take users to your organisation's custom booking page.
QR Codes (and AltiusLife QR Code destination pages)
For several customers we have generated QR codes that are used on posters and other internal communication materials. Thes eQR codes have historically directed users to our general booking page.
We use a system to create these codes that allows the destination page to be updated and so, for those customers with an organisation-specific QR code, we will update the destination to the new custom booking page.
AltiusLife QR Code pages
AltiusLife has a feature where every customer site has a dedicated page to serve as a QR code destination page. This looks similar to the following, with organisation-specific branding in place:
These pages use the same booking link destination as in the EAP module of AltiusLife, so as we update AltiusLife, the "Request an Appointment" button above will direct users to your organisation's custom booking page. Once online booking goes live, we will update this button to say "Book an Appointment".
