As a Coordinator you can access and explore the user activity dashboards in the CMS area
There are three areas of activity reporting available in the CMS area. It is important to note that no user-level information is available to company Coordinators due to the confidential nature of the EAP program.
Site Activity Dashboard
Provides an over of site analytics, summarise from the underlying Google Analytics system. Useful for seeing trending content and assessing device traffic.
User Activity Dashboard
Describes the generalised activities of users within the site. Useful for tracking user engagement.
Content Activity Dashboard
Summarises the key topics of interest from your users. Useful for understanding any trends in topics that you may wish to cover with wellbeing programs.
